A few nights ago, we unveiled a vision that’s been years in the making—a project that pushes the boundaries of what Jacob & Co. stands for: Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana.
Every Jacob & Co. creation begins with a belief—that design should move you.
That belief led us here: to our first-ever beachfront real estate project with Ohana Development, a billion-dollar community of 457 residences built on the protected coastline of Al Jurf, between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
We designed every curve of the buildings to follow the coastline. From 1–3 bedroom sea-view apartments to 3–6 bedroom villas and Sky Mansions, every home was positioned to protect the view.
At the heart of it all, a 10-meter-wide Jacob & Co. ceiling timepiece—our largest ever—crowns the main atrium. Because time is not just what we tell. It’s what we live by.
This community also includes the first Jacob & Co. Beach Club, a private Residents Club, and a seafront Cigar Lounge—each one designed to elevate daily life.
