The following Privacy Policy is part of the AD Home Terms. It outlines the information AD Home Collection SARL (“We” or “AD Home”) may collect from the visitors or users (“You” or “Users”) of AD Home Platform (the “Platform”) to better serve Users. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

 a. Information you give us

AD Home collects information from you when:

  • you register for an account on the Platform (e.g. your personal information including your name, address, email address, username, password, date of birth, gender, occupation, personal story, payment information, and location); and

When you use or view content on the Platform, we automatically collect information in server logs, which include information like device IP address, access dates and times, pages viewed, and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or services you were using before interacting with the Platform.

Metadata are technical data associated with User Content. We collect information when you create or modify your account, chat with AD Home, send feedback or e-mails to AD Home Platform. This can include information in or about the content you provide, such as your location or the date a file was created.

 

  • Other Websites and Application Information:

We collect information when you visit or use social media services, third-party websites and apps that direct you to the Platform; this includes information about the websites and apps you visit, your use of those websites and apps as well as information the developer or publisher of the apps or websites provides to you or us.

 

  • Cookies and Similar Technologies:

AD Home collects information about how you use the Platform, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities. The Platform uses cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers to see how you interact with the Platform. We also use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Platform, such as web pages you visit.

 

  1. Using your information

 

We use the information described above to:

  • help you access your information when you log in;
  • save information to use during your visit or the next time you access the Platform;
  • analyze how you use the Platform;
  • facilitate, provide, maintain and improve the Platform;
  • manage and improve the Platform as well as develop and try new features;

  • with businesses that are affiliated to AD Home, with our partners listed on our Platform or with third parties in connection therewith, or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.

 

  • with third parties: the websites/social media services that have links on the Platform may have different terms regarding the collection and use of your personal information and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

 

  • with law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties, if we believe your actions are inconsistent with the Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AD Home, the Users or third parties.

 

  • with third parties: to provide certain services on the Platform and perform certain vital functions (e.g. the developer, driver, etc.).

 

  1. Keeping your information

 

a. After deactivating your account, AD Home will keep your information for one (1) year unless otherwise decided by AD Home at its sole discretion. If you choose to reactivate your account within the one (1) year period from requesting deactivation, AD Home will endeavor to provide you with your former profile information (including your posted content, identifying names, etc.) but is not liable in case it cannot provide this information.

 

b. When you delete your account, AD Home will have no obligation to retain any information.

Please note that even after you delete your account, AD Home may retain backup information in connection with your account on its servers for a certain period of time after cancelation. You understand that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information due to technical constraints, contractual or legal requirements.

Your continued use of AD Home after any modification to this Policy is considered as an approval of such modification.
